Set your New Year intention to “seek to know your customers or clients better.” Create a plan outlining the strategies you will implement to capture a greater understanding of and empathy for their desires, needs and challenges. Regularly monitor and evaluate your plan and the actions taken toward your goal. Make adjustments as necessary and document the most and least effective strategies executed. Take note of the ways that seeking to know your customers better has also improved your ability to serve the needs of your customers.
